To ensure maximum safety, the following conditions must be met:
- Surface requirements: The surface under the base must be perfectly flat and stable, free of unevenness, sand, or dirt that could cause point pressure or deformation of the steel sheet.
- Weight distribution: The center of gravity must be evenly distributed — the fireplace should have a stable and flat base ensuring uniform load across the entire surface.
- Devices with legs: It is not recommended to place legged devices (such as freestanding stoves) on the product. Point loads may cause dents, which are not covered by warranty claims.
- High temperature: The base surface heats up quickly — avoid direct contact with hot elements, especially in the presence of children.
- Moving: Do not drag the device across the surface. If necessary, lift it carefully to avoid damaging the coating.
- Intended use: The product is intended solely as floor protection; do not use it for direct burning of materials on its surface.
- Transport and handling: Handle with care — the product is metal and heavy. In case of cracks, stop using immediately.
